Which “Level” Of Undo Do You Use
To further explore my curiosity of Flash users and their various Undo habits, today I’m inquiring about your Undo “levels”.

If you’re not sure what I mean by “Undo levels”, here’s how Adobe explains it:
“Document-level undo maintains a single list of all your actions for the entire Flash document. Object-level undo maintains separate lists of your actions for each object in your document. Object-level lets you undo an action on one object without having to also undo actions on other objects that might have been modified more recently than the target object.”
You can check which level of Undo you’re currently using by opening Flash and going to: Menu » Edit » Preferences » General » Undo, and viewing what’s selected in the drop-down list.
I’ve been saved by the “Object-level Undo” feature so many times that there’s no doubt that it’s my personal favorite. I really like being able to go back to a clip I’ve modified a long time ago and easily fixing my errors with a couple of “Undos”.
Be sure to take the previous Undo Poll if you haven’t already.

Well, the document level undo (default) has helped me alot, but sometimes I get frustrated when I’m in a clip and just want to undo the actions I made there.
I had a hard time choosing which one I like more, but in the end I think document level is better since it keeps “the chain” of when I’m programming and designing at the same time better.
